Frank's Mr. Plumber Case Studies: Sewer Issues Again

Challenge

Customer was having issues with her sewer and has had it snake a few times in the last 6 months and there are always some tree roots that are taken out of the sewer.

Solution

Frank's Mr. Plumber was called again for the sewer backing up yet again. This time there were a lot more tree roots and after the technician got the main running again, sent a camera to see how the problem could be resolved. The technician noticed there were a lot more tree roots than in the past and it appears that the issue with her sewer line connecting to the city main. It was decided that the sewer needed to be replaced where it connected to the city main line. Once five feet of sewer is taken out at the city main, the technician will again camera the sewer line to make sure there are no other issues. As there were no other issues, the new sewer line portion was reconnected to the existing sewer line.
