I had about 4 buckets that were catching water that was dripping from the basement ceiling, but had no idea where the water was coming from. My husband was out of town & I had a wake to go to that afternoon, so I needed someone to come quicklly and get the work done quickly. Impossible, right? I called this company at 8:15am and they were able to ring my doorbell shortly after 9am, and I live about 40-45 minutes away. Jeff was the name of my plumber, and I really liked him. He was very patient and really took his time to find the leak. It was the water line from the refrigerator that had a hole and was spraying water out of it. He fixed it rather quickly. I also mentioned to him that I had a problem with my upstairs bathroom tub (hot water just trickles out). He was going to replace the filter in it, but did not have an exact match for the particular type I needed, so he tried to clean out the one I had. It didn't help. He drove to a place to try to find the correct filter. He found one, drove back to my house and put the new one in. It didn't fix the problem. He never charged me for the time he spent trying to fix that, or for the filter. He would have stayed to try one more thing to fix it, but I had to leave for the wake. He wore booties over his shoes, was very clean, and didn't leave a mess at all. He was very professional, and I would definately call this company again. In fact, I have used them in the past...I just didn't realize that until after they were here.
