Basement flooded after big rain storm. I called and had your plumber come out to see where the water invasion was coming from. The water had receded by 5:00p.m. when your plumber got here, but he said snaking the line would be best to prevent future flooding. Pat, your plumber, was personable, relaxed, intelligent and dependable and had a good sense of humor. He even came back the next day as promised to re-light my pilot light. I usually don't write lengthy critiques, but Pat and your company deserve a thorough good report. You people care, may you all be safe in your work. thanks!

I have been very satisfied with the work that has been done. I usually use Patrick but he was on vacation, I had Steven for the first time and he was wonderful. He figured out what the problem was with my faucet's water pressure and he fixed it. He was very professional and a capable plumber. The only minor problem I had, Steven thought the company had discounted the dollie/johnny with a coupon discount. I called Pat in the morning and she was wonderful.
